What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
Is it possible to get a restricted (to/from work) license in PA? One person told me it's called a Bread & Butter license, but everyone else I talk to says it's not available in my state. Thank you!

The words you are looking for is "Occupational Limited License" commonly known as the hardship license. Whether you are eligible depends on how you lost your license. For example, you are not eligible during your ARD suspension or for refusals.
