What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? va

Is there a difference between revoked license and suspended

if you get a charge for driving again on revoked license more severe than suspended

Suspended is a temporary loss of license.

Revoked is a permanent loss of license.

In either case, being caught driving is very bad.

The penalty makes no difference for driving under suspension/revoked. It does matter what you were suspended/revoked for. It's a serious charge. Jail time may result.
