Sophia, what were all of your penalties? What penalties were given to you in addition to the ten days in jail?

good question. come to think of it....if they would let me trade 10 days of jail for all of what I will be facing...I'd take the jail time in a heartbeat.

Wow you got jail time without a BAC? Did you have a lawyer? Lawyers are your soldiers when accused of a crime without them you're at the mercy of a merciless system.
