Selling alcohol to minor 25658(a) 2 times in 3 monthsWhat is the name of your state? California [Placer county] One of my friend got second ticktet for selling alcohol to minor in 3 month. for the first one he was ordered to pay 1000$ fine and 3 years probation. What could happen this time. Can you guys suggest something. |

| Providing alcohol to a minor is a mandatory fine of $1,000 and at least 24 hours of community service. You were given three years probation on the last charge, you should expect that your punishment will be harsher on this second charge. This most likely was a violation of your probation as well. So..... Mistake or not, the court isn't going to be happy seeing you in there for a second violation, especially in such a short time. (Bring your checkbook, and possibly your toothbrush.) Time to hire a lawyer. |

| I don't know what will happen in court but I will guess that he will be fired from his job now.
