is she going to serve any jail time?

What is the name of your state? MO

I know of a lady with 4 DWI's on her record, 2 of them within 2 years. She has a court date in November. The last DWI resulted in an accident which totalled two cars, hers and the victims, and the lady she hit was injured as was the driver. The driver was very drunk, was arrested, then released. She fled to another state (Florida), and was arrested there, extradited back to MO, then after her court date, fled again and was extradited back to MO a second time. She seems to have a way of manipulating the system in order to stay out of jail. She needs to do some hard time. Is it a shame someone had to get hurt at her hands, but she still drives drunk to this day. She has a hardship license from the state of Florida, and still drinks and drives. How possible is it that the state of Missouri will convict her and send her to prison?

**A: it is very possible. Another alternative is that someone will shoot her and put her out of her misery.

Actually, Missouri Justice requires that she be hit by a drunk driver when leaving the local AA meeting
