Speaking with the DA

What is the name of your state? VA

i believe i have evidence to dismiss my DWI charges. is it possible to speak with the DA prior to my hearing?

yep.
if the DA will and has time and the willingness.
in my area, the DA listens and assists people all the time; if not the actual DA, then someone in the office; the place is usually full.
