statue of limitations for dui


What is the name of your state? arizona

how long do they have to keep pursuing these charges? The cop that wants to refile said something that he needed to get these papers served to him before the th of the month or he was gonnna have to go through the whole process again... When they cant find you to serve you do they have to keep updating the paperwork? Get this they are flying in the officer from back east to testify for this misdemeanor charge, and our town is bankrupt, now we know why!!!!!

The statute of limitations generally applies to being charged with the crime, not how long it takes to apprehend someone. They charges don't get dismissed because they are a fugititve from justice......
