| Your question isn't clear enough for me to answer. Do you mean how long do the police have after the date of the incident to charge him? Do you mean how long will the charge remain on your brother's criminal record? Is it a first offense? Did he go through ARD? Did he have a second offense after going through ARD? How long after ARD did he have the second offense? I need some more information. |

answer to this?did you ever get the answer to this? i couldnt find it on that web sight. i have a friend that got a DUI in PA in 1998 and he still hasnt went to court yet and was wondering if it did or not before he went home. |
