-Congratulations on your third dui and probable warrant. Is there a question you want to ask?

- the statute of limitations applies to how long the prosecution has to charge you with a crime.

You have already been charged and failed to appear for court. The only way to care of it is to contact the court where you failed to appear and attempt to reset the court date.

Due to the fact that you failed to appear, you more than likely have an outstanding warrant for your arrest.
