Stranded

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Pennsylvania

I recently relocated to Texas from Pennsylvania. My license was suspended in February for a DUI 1st offense in Pennsylvania. I need advice on how to get my Texas license or at least an occupational license.

Thank you.

Your driver's license suspension became effective in February, or you were arrested for DUI in February?

You may qualify for an occupational license in Pa now, but since you're in Texas, I don't know that that will help you. Texas probably has a law about being a resident of their state requiring a Texas license.

If you qualify for an OLL in PA, I would discuss the issue with an attorney in Texas.

See http://www.dot4.state.pa.us/pdotforms/fact_sheets/fs-oll.pdf to determine if you qualify.
