summary suspension notice

What is the name of your state?il
my question is basically pretty strange. I got a summary suspension notice form an officer because i was over the limit. I blew a .09 The office didnt give me any tickets in the local court because i am in the military they handled my case on the base. Yet he sent in this form to suspend my license. I been talking with the secertary of state and the clerk of court. But they cant help me get a judical driving permit. Because the officer didnt give me state tickets. My lawyer tried to file with the court but they wont let him. The military has no way of giving me my privilages back in the state cause they are military. I am confused. I been paying a laywer on one end who cant file and the jag is stuck what should i do any one out there know any thing i am talking about.. Please help thank you....

i think that is true

The problem with this case is more than a stupis lawyer.. It is one that the courts wont allow me to file a petition to get a driving permit. And second that I should be allowed to have a hearing if my license was suspended. I would think that this would be true. I am wondering if there is any other way to figure all this out. I just would like to have a way to take my self to work and my kid to day care. But since it was handles military the state is locked. I am confuses??
ANYONE OUT THERE THAT KNOWS ABOUT MILITARY VS. STATE TICKETS AND HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE...
