Sus lic CA live in WA need 18 pro CA recognize

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? CA. Now living in WA last 5 yrs. Didn't complete 18 dui pro to reinstate CA license. Paid all fines to CA. Need info regarding a WA dui program that CA will recognize. Can't leave WA to do CA program. Want WA license for work. Any help most appreciated! Heard something about a CA Waiver. What is that? Thanks scott
