suspended drivers license

What is the name of your state? Indiana. If a person in IN has drivers license suspended for life for being habitual offender, and that person moves to TN, can they get a drivers license there?

States are nearly all connected via computers. It is impossible to thus get a license in another state for your habitual offender. He or she will now have to find public transportation or other means to get around.
