| OP, you have to id your state. SoL is usually not at issue. States vary in the time period for charging crimes. ... Misdemeanors are usually within one or two years. Felonies are commonly two, three, five, and more, years ... If you were cited or arrested, you were probably given a court date. When you didn't appear, a warrant for your arrest should have been issued. There is no SOL on a warrant. |
