Question

They messed up can I use it to my advantage in anyway!

What is the name of your state?WI I went to court today cuz that was it was the appointed date on my ticket. When I got there I sat through everyone else n they asked me why I was there. I wasn't anywhere on the court thing. So I gave them my citations. Apparently the cop and other office personel messed up. The person in the office was waiting for my blood tests to come back for my owi. But I never had a blood test just the breathlyzer. N e who I pleaded not guilty and everything was set for a later date. And I was told I'd be recieving another citation one they "forgot" to give me. A BAC ticket or something. I was wondering if they're mess up could be used to my advantage at all. My license was also suppose to be suspended so I went to the DMV today and they told me I still had my license that they recieved no paper work stating otherwise and I'd have my license until notified other wise by mail or until I go to court again I guess. So my question again is can they're mess up be used to my advantage?????
