Third dwi and false personationWhat is the name of your state? new york Whats the worst case scenario when sentencing for a dwi charge with 2 other dwai charges before this and used another persons name during the arrest and booking? | Or would it be presenting false identification or Impersonating someone, like perhaps a senator? Ted Kennedy maybe?  Either way, I'd say that it's no longer a question of whether or not you're going to do any time, I'd say the question becomes, how much time.

| I'd imagine you're going to get some jail time, if not just because this is the third offense. What'd you blow? It's a really, really, really lame defense that'll probably just get you eye rolls, but I wonder if you could blame the stupiditiy of your false impersonation on your drunkenness. How did the false impersonation charge come to pass? Did you turn yourself in / admit it before the cops found out, or did they find out first? |
