Travelling to the US from Canada

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

My son in law received a DUI in Georgia approx. 10 years ago and did not deal with it at the time. He has since entered a 12 step program and would like to deal with this so that he can travel to the US without incident. Can you tell us how to deal with this?

Have him get a lawyer and surrender himself. There are probably warrants out for his arrest.
