Turn self in for 3rd Time?

I reside in Ca. Offense happened in Pa-2001. Pulled over for expired inspection sticker.
Taken to hosp for blood test, then barracks for processing. Immediately released to drive home. Went to prelim., Judge confirmed I would be eligible for ARD to purge records, told me I would receive a letter in mail w/court date. ....Never received, contacted courts, informed of bench warrant, FTA. Turned self in, county could not find data on me. Told that I would receive a letter w/new date, sent home and never received again. I called approx. 10 months later I had admitted self to 9 month rehab program. FOllowed up w/courts and another FTA., turned self in w/my drug counselor. Went to judge and he stated new date needed, the courts would send me a letter. My name was stated but never charges. I was unaware of DWI, I thought I had misdem. possession. Well, I never received any document requesting I appear at court. Here I am 5 years later and I need to get this taken care of as I cannot secure permanent position w/state agency w/outstanding warrant. Phoned DA 2 years ago, he told me to hop on a plane and turn myself in. You understand my reluctance. Can I take care of this from CA and how do I get help? The DA will not return calls, the PD will not take me. I do not know where to turn. I was laid off last week as I could not get this resolved expeditiously. Help

Hmmmm... seems like you have the answer to your own questions, huh??

No I don't. You did the crime... now accept the facts and be responsible.

Nope.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Allow me to address all 3 points in feedback.
1. So it appears, however, why can I not take care of from CA as I have career, 2 children, eldest rehabilitating from brain tumor this year. Let alone the hardship involved w/air ticket cost.
2. As in, I had been proactive in contacting the courts as to status and whereabouts of letter(s), TWICE. Dare I fly to have this happen again? Are they competent and organized now?
3. Thank you for your time
