Hey y'all. Got arrested in Texas. Just had my ALR hearing; that case was dismissed. I'm wondering if anyone out there with experience knows what my chances are of having the criminal case dismissed as well. Thanks for your time.

A: None. What happens in an administrative hearing has no effect on the criminal side of a drunk driving charge.
