TX driver, DUI in CA

What is the name of your state? Texas
I have been charged with a DUI (23152(A), 23152(B)) in California as a student. I am a Texas driver however. What happens to my TX license? Must I go back to TX to deal with the DMV there? Will my penalty be determined by TX or CA law?

In Cali...but if there is a license suspention it will apply in everywhere...
