Tx dwi almost done

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I got a DWI and got lucky enough to get Pre-Trial Diversion. I am finished with my probation and have 1 final meeting. The offense was in Hood County if that matters, but wanted to know...

I was drug tested my first time and after 6 mths haven't been tested again. I spoke with someone who has been on probation 3 times and he said they typically don't, just some paperwork and your gone..

Should I worry about a drug test or not?

Until that final day, worry about a drug test. Until then, you are subject to one, so why chance it?

I've been known to give them on the final day.

This may seem like a stupid observation... but only you know if you should be worried or not. It entirely depends on what'll show up.
