Under 21 DUIWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA My son age 19 was pulled over for seatbelt violation. Admitted to smoking a joint earlier in the day. Trooper give him DUI for his admission. No search of vehicle, no drugs found. After speaking directly to judge asking for bench trial, he agreed to reduce the charges. What would be an acceptable lesser charge for him to at least be able to obtain a limited permit to continue to work. |
