please help 2 weeks ago myself and my husband went to see our 11 year old sons baseball game and my 15 yr old had some of her friends over i had a bottle of vodka from new years eve on the top shelf in my kitchen they got into it and one of the girls had to be taken to the hospital for alchol poisoning and now i think her mom is going to try to and press charges against us and we were at a game.... can we be held responsible this girl has been in trouble for under age consumption befor .i live in ohio
