What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? arizona NEED ADVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLEAS!!!! am 19 years old
i blew a .2 on the breatherlizer am still waiting on my blood test to come back ? they arrested me but didnt hold me in jail what could happen to me ?? like am i looking at time? i work ?? what should i do ?? i dont want to lose my job ?? know my licsens is gone but is ther a way that i can get a work licesne HOw much tima am i looking at??

If YOU have to drive a car to your work, you might as well cal them up tomorrow and tell them you quit for personal reasons. If you can find somebody to drive you there you might be able to keep the job, or if you can take public transportaion that would be a good idea also. But, if the only option is driving yourself, youre SOL, you cannot get any type "work" liscence. You probably wont do any actual jail time... but you will be on probation for 18-24 months. definitly read my post that i wrote to "affiliut"... best of luck..... youre looking at $5k minimum to get out of all this
