Underage Drinking


What is the name of your state? PA

i was arrested for underage (im 17) and the cop handkuffed me,searched me,then put me in his car and took me to jail. and he never read me my rights. is there a way i can get out of it ?

because i heard even if you murder someone and they dont read you your rights then u can get out of it

Quit watching so much television. You are not required to have your rights read to you unless you will be or are being interrogated. The protection is for self-incrimination. Not for the arrest which, from your post, was perfectly legal.

he didnt give me a blood alcohol test he asked me if i was drinking and i said yes can he use that in court even though i didnt have my rights read

You really need to go back through basic grammer. No wonder you got busted.
