Underage drinking

What is the name of your state?
Wisconsin
A few weeks ago I was at a party and got an underage drinking ticket or an underage alcohol consumption ticket if you want to be technical. It's about a $250 ticket, and I was wondering what should I try to plea in court guilty or not guilty, and would the judge possibly reduce my ticket if so how?

If you did the crime, do the time.

Many jurisdictions offer some sort of program in lieu of the driver's license suspension. I would check with the court to see what sort of options they have regarding that.

At your first appearance, they'll probably offer to cut the fine down some. It'll also go on your driving record as UAL, 0 points.

You second UAL will get you a 90 day driver's license suspension, so don't drink anymore until you're 21.
