Underage drinkingWhat is the name of your state? Wisconsin A few weeks ago I was at a party and got an underage drinking ticket or an underage alcohol consumption ticket if you want to be technical. It's about a $250 ticket, and I was wondering what should I try to plea in court guilty or not guilty, and would the judge possibly reduce my ticket if so how? |

| If you did the crime, do the time. Many jurisdictions offer some sort of program in lieu of the driver's license suspension. I would check with the court to see what sort of options they have regarding that. |

| UW-Madison, right? This is why I went to Milwaukee instead.

| At your first appearance, they'll probably offer to cut the fine down some. It'll also go on your driving record as UAL, 0 points. You second UAL will get you a 90 day driver's license suspension, so don't drink anymore until you're 21. |
