In Wisconsin can a person receive an underage drinking citation because you have reported stolen property. My son was drinking on a Friday night and his so called friends stole his 100 CD's and told him to get out of the car. Reported them stolen the following day. 2 officers came to the house and asked him if he had been drinking that night. He said yes and they gave him an underage ticket. Going to see the DA this week does he have a chance.
