What is the name of your state? WI

Here is the situation, I am driving my own car and meet some friends near a state park, there is beer in the trunk of the car which is owned by my friends and a ranger happened to see it. He searches and finds alcohol then continues to breathalize us. Only one person happened to be drinking and gets a underage, me and my other friend receive the same charge for possession of alcohol. My question is: Would I have any type of case since no beer was in my car and there was no alcohol on my breath from the breathalizer.

EDIT: The beer never left the trunk of my friend's car and nobody was drinking when we were stopped.
