Question

Underage Drinking, No Driving-- WI

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI


A Park Ranger came to my daughter's campsite last night at a state park in Elkhorn. They breathalyzed everyone (all under 21) my daughter didn't get a ticket, but her boyfriend blew a .07 and since he is 17 his citation is being mailed to his home. The citation is for "Underage Drinking" no one was driving.

Can anyone tell me if his driver's license would be affected?
Also can any school (HS or College) find evidence of this violation and possibly lose out on a sports scholarship?

If convicted, he will lose his license... I will look up the statutes to see for how long.

Colleges will look at such things, but I don't know whether or not it will effect his scholarships...

Choices like this effect their whole lives... I hope the beer was worth it.
