I don't know if this the right section, but...

This weekend I was cited twice for underage drinking (Wisconsin Statute 125.07). This happened within 20 hours of each other, on the same day.

My BAC was .054 for the first citation and .098 for the second if it matters.

Could I get the second citation dropped because it was on the same day, well within 24 hours?

This was non-traffic btw.

You got cited for underage consumption and you responded by drinking more?

What were the circumstances? I think however you'd have a hard time arguing they were the same incident / occurance.
