underage drinkingin Pennsylvania

If a minor's license is suspended for 2 years on the charges of underage drinking in Pennsylvania, can he drive in New Jersey?
Are the driving privileges reciprocal in new jersey?

A suspended license in one state is suspended in another. He will not be issued a license in NJ if he should apply for one, and if he is caught driving in NJ, the license check will quickly reveal the suspension.
