underage DUI

Florida is the state I live in presently, however I am a resident of IL (also this is where my license was first issued).
I was arrested for a DUI recently. I didn't blow and I know that could be good and also could be bad. I was unsure of everything that was going on and didn't know what would be in my best interests, so I didn't. They did a field sobriety test on me. One of the cops was the senior officer and was teaching the second cop. I knew that this was a learning thing for the other new cop. The senior cop said to the second, "You can take her if you want". From there I was cuffed and taken to jail for 15 hours, then let out on $500 dollars bail. They also towed my car.
I am 19 years old. I was planning on going home the end of Aug. I have no priors and I have no other history of being in any kind of trouble. I do know I have a speeding ticket and a ticket for not stopping at a stop sign. That is it. I don't expect things to be easy, but I want to keep my job & I also want to go to school in the spring semester in my home town in IL.
I'm told that my license will be suspended anywhere from 1-7years. That, I will learn to live with. I still really want to be able to keep my job, which pays me well & is a good prospect for my future.
My questions are:
How soon will I be able to get a hardships license?
Should I get one here or in IL?
If I go home at this point, I will still need to take DUI classes (where to i pick up from there?)
Will I ever be able to get this off of my record, if so how soon?
Does this affect whether or not the Government will give me a grant to go to school?
Do I need to put this on any future job applications? How will it affect their choice of hiring me?

Myself, nor anyone in my family can afford a lawyer. Actually, my mum is undergoing chemo treament as I write this so stress is not something I will put on them, also they are in IL. At the end of Aug. my sister (who I was staying w/ down here) is buying a house.
This was my mistake and my problem. I just want to use all my resources to the fullest and the best advice is much appreciated.

I was only charged with a DUI, nothing else. The last week of Aug. I'm scheduled to appear in court.

look on google

google is a good place to start, usually there are lots of lawyers that will list the penalties. Go to at least three different lawyers, and go with the least optimistic and most affordable one. good luck.
