Underage DUI & Possesion of Marijuana

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

My son , age 18, was pulled over for DUI. His BAC average was .071. The officer searched him and found marijuana in his pocket. My son then admitted he had an ounce in the car and a pipe. He was brought in and charges were filed. What course of action should we take? What should we expect?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
