i am 18 years old but i got the ticket when i was 17. i was at a grocery store getting a drink out of the vending machine at 1:30 in the morning. A cop pulled up and asked how old i was and i said 17 and he told i was breaking curfew and then he smelled alcohol on my breath. He asked me if i had been drinking i said 1 beer and he gave me underage possesion ticket and a curfew ticket. What is going to happen and will be my punishment?
