What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I got put on unsupervised probation about a year ago. Where i send in letters every month. Which i do with no problem. Right now i still dont have my licence and want to get it back, ive been trying for a cpl of months to contact my newly assigned probation officer(3rd PO officer) that was inclosed in the letter. I called him on his main phone, left messeges, called the main probation office and even apparently his supervisor number that i ended up getting from the main probation number.

I have not received any letters in the mail. Even for my restitution payments in months, which i used to get every month. I have 6 months left of probation here total.

What exactly is going on?
