Should I assume that you have no scientific evidence to back up either or both of the statements above?

You want scientific evidence that Zigner is frequently wrong and seldomly helpful (by the way, the evidence you would be looking for would be legal evidence that he is wrong on many issues and opinions by posters that he is not helpful... neither of these issues are based in science)? There is tons of it... simply search his posts. But don't expect me to do your research for you.

Now... do you have any scientific evidence that I am wrong? If not, why not just zip it instead of trying to stir up controversy.

I'll take that as no, you do not know what you are talking about. You made the claims; you must prove them.

Jim - you came in here making a specific statement in support of your view that driving while impaired somehow acceptable. I don't know why you hold that view, but it was the view that you presented.

You have been asked to back up your statements with scientific proof. You have none. Posting a rant such as you posted above does nothing to help, and is the very definition of hypocritical.

Are you not claiming that I am wrong? If you are, then you must have evidence. If not, then you must agree that I am right! This would follow your twisted logic.

Q: Are you not claiming that I am wrong?

A: No. I asked for your evidence. Either produce the evidence or admit that you do not know what you are talking about.

Google burden of proof.

Then I will assume that your claims of loving your wife are just you ranting about things you don't know about. Poor lady.

Ahh, so now you claim I'm a drug addict, huh? But, being a bit impaired is perfectly fine and you have scientific evidence to prove it, right?

Oh for Pete's sake, guys, why don't you just whip them out and measure them and be done with it?

OP, California is a reciprocating state. You need to make sure your NC p's and q's are taken care of. Here's a link to the CA law that explains how that works.
