warrent?

What is the name of your state? MA

I have a friend who has an outstanding warrent for drunk driving in CA.

The DUI happened years ago, and he was supposed to pay a fine, which he didn't. He was arrested in CA a few months ago, and was let out when he agreed to start making payments. He didn't make the paymens, and moved here.

Is this warrent in CA active in MA? If he gets arrested does he get sent back to CA? Will the police activly look for him or will he only get caught if he gets caught for something else?

Dictionary. Then maybe you could spell "Warrant" correctly.

Sorry quick......had to bust your chops.

In all reality, I can't see the authorities in Kalifornia extraditing him from across the country for DUI. But to answer your questions, yes the warrant is active. Yes he could technically be arrested for it and sent to KommieforniA. Additionally, his driver's license should be suspended in just about any state under the Driver's License Compact.
