Went to court but no paperwork was there.

What is the name of your state?ny

I went to court (on the date on my summons)and there were no charges
in the court. my paperwork was not there.

should my attorney have filed for a dismissal because of this?

and if so can i still get it dismissed even though they now have my
paperwork?

He could have and if it had been granted, then the government would have turned right around and re-filed it.

No. This is just an administrative mix-up. It happens all the time and is irritating, but it does not affect the case against you.

My response:

I love how drunks look for any old excuse. "They lost my paperwork" or "The Clerk had Cheerios for breakfast", or "the floor was slippery in court".

You're doing time, pal. You can bank on that.

My response:

No need to be rude? That's the least of your troubles, you frigging drunk!

When you're drunk behind the wheel of a "killing machine", you place ME in danger. So, screw off, you little ass-hole.

Hey, I'M ALWAYS LIABLE

I was just reading your disclaimer. You indicate that your responses are intended for "educational purposes". After reading your posts, you've not offered anything "educational". You also indicate that your responses should not be taken as legal advise (that's obvious). And you indicate that you're responses do not create a client-attorney relationship. Well, you're obviously not an attorney.

So, what is your purpose for posting to this site? To say how you want DUI offenders to be executed? ( you've made that clear). I'm just curious as to why you waste any of your time on this forum.

Please, between 'I AM ALWAYS LIABLE" and FATHERLESINWV" they could start their own bitch column. Go some where else with your nasty comments and rage, we've made mistakes, we understand that. We're here for answers, not your nasty comments
I wish you luck with your case.
