What are my chances???

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

Okay, so I am 20 (21 in october) and in the begining of March I was out with some of my friends (who are 21+) at a bar and we were drinking. A fight broke out so we decided to leave. My friend and I were walking to my car so I could get my cell phone and we would walk to her sisters too sleep(we knew neiter of us could drive). When the police pulled up and asked us for our ID's and breathilized us. I blew a .09 and being as though i was under 21 got a citation. Then i got a summons in the mail and went to court. The police officer said that i was getting ready to drive off. The keys were NOT in the ignition and i was not planning on driving anywere.. anyway, so i went to court and the judge told me I could go to a drinking class (which would take care of my fines) but i would still loose my liscense for 3 months. I was told at the class that the drinking class makes it so that you DONT loose your liscense. Meanwhile i got a letter in the mail from penndot saying my liscense was suspended for 1 year! I then figured out it was because of when i was younger (17) i got a DUI and had my liscence suspended( i thought once i turned 18 this was wiped off my record). So I appealed penndot and have court 9/11 (scary i know) so what are my chances that the court might take into concideration that i have completed the classes.. I am going to be a single mother very soon..therefor I have not and do not plan on drinking anymore...i need transportation for my daughter back and forth to day care and for me too work.. how should i come across to the judge? what should i expect? Please help me in preparing for this! What is the name of your state?
