My son stupidly let his friend drive MY car and they got stopped by state patrol of north carolina. His friend didn't have a licence and this is his third arrest. My son didn't know this, however now thr police says that muy car is to be seized because this makes 3 against the friend. He didn't have my permission what can I do. Please help.
