What should be the answer to this Question ?

What is the name of your state?
CA

I plead for Wet Reckless. 2 yrs probation + fines + 12 hr alcohol classes.

I was wondering what the answer to the question below should be. It's a Yes or No. I think it is a "Yes".

Have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, other than traffic violations?

I agree. It is "yes" and then you explain.
