What state's don't care?


What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?New Jersey My son got convicted for driving on the revoked list.He was on it for a dui,can he move to some other state ,tell them about the dui in Jersey and still get a license in that state?

Not if he's still revoked. He'd be ineligible for a license in any other state.

I'm trying to do a search for the "no share" law for driver license's... there are a few states that do this, but I don't know if NJ is one of them.

I'm a little concerned as to why your son isn't doing his own search though. And the scenario that pops up in my head is this kid walking up to the counter and saying "I've been convicted of a DUI in NJ, can I get a license here?" Chances are "NO", I think the new state would have every right to run a complete driving record in every state on your son under the circumstances.

Not to circumvent the system, but why would he offer up that information in the new state?
