why so many charges

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania.
recently my friend was stoped for DUI, since then they have received a summons in the mail. Why is she being charged with an offense for each level of the BAC laws? She blew a .15 then was taken for a blood test no results yet from that.

The forum crystal ball is in the shop.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

Friend with DUI .15

I was in a similiar situation. I blew and I registered .0 What happened is I was stupid enough to have told an officer I was speaking to pertaing to a matter that was not my affair that I had three drinks in my home. (Beer) Don't you just love cops! They busted me as soon as I left a parking lot. My alcohol did not register because it had not hit my bloodstream in the time factor that would consider me over the limit. They had the right to arrest me because I told them I had three beers. After I was arrested, they tested me again waiting with another breathtest for the alcohol to show up, and it certainly did.

You need to find out if she spoke to any law enforcement..They somehow had allot of suspecion or they would not of gone as far as a blood test, that obviously has come back positive, while your still waiting for the results.
