Withheld Judgment

What is the name of your state? Idaho

I got a DUI which was dropped to a withheld judgment two years ago. I am told that only Government officials and Police can see that my suspension was alcohol related; all others will only see 'suspended license'. My new employer is doing extensive background checks and have said they will find anything there is to find; the employer is Union Pacific Railroad. Will they be able to see what the suspension was for and if so, how do I go about getting it expunged and how long will it take? Thanks in advance for any advice!
