What is the name of your state? mo.
i received my first dui in ks and lost my license. four weeks later i moved to mo from ks and received my second dui and my first driving on a suspended. those charges have been taken care of by a lawyer and i now have a probation officer in both states. i have received two more driving on suspended charges. what will happen if i failed to notify my p.o. and how would a lawyer take care of these.

I think you deserve to be in jail. But, I imagine a good lawyer would keep you out of jail ... though your driving status is likely suspended/revoked.

And failure to notify your P.O. could result in a violation of probation charge and land you in jail ... hey! Good idea! Don't tell him! Let him find out on his own - then the rest of your region will be safe from your driving!

Sober up before you kill someone!

The problem is this is a LEGAL advice board. Not a MORAL advice board.

When you go to a REAL lawyer they don't give you **** for what you came to them for, of course they just want your money.

Does the guy deserve to be in jail, by my (and apparently others) opinon, yes. Is he stupid for continuing to drive? I think we would all think so.

However, this isn't the purpose for these boards, nor does anyone care what our opinions are of them. So why waste everyones time? Either answer his legal questions or don't.

**A: and the problem with you is that you are neither legal nor moral.

and of course, your post added a hell of a lot to the legal aspects of the poster's problem right?

You are proving with each and every post that you are indeed a jackass.
Can you say "GOOD BYE"?

I have never had the need for a lawyer. However, it doesn't take personal experiance to have knowledge of their workings.

**A: yes, you do have personal experiance. Is that from a seance, the experiance?
Did you listen to Jimi Hendrix "Are You Experianced?"

Start your own thread or continue with the bitching via PM, it's getting boring to see this thread keep popping up, especially since it's contents are going nowhere but up someone's a$$. This has nothing to do with the OP's problem. And try and find some imagination when it comes to usernames instead of sniffing around others. This isn't a board for "Babies online".

To the OP, you seem to have no respect for the traffic laws and keep breaking them over and over. I seriously doubt that ANY lawyer can make all that disappear. Since suspending your license doesn't seem to have improved your behavior in traffic, I'd be surprised if they don't just take it away from you completely and not give you the chance to be able to re-instate it. Be prepared for heavy duty fines too. DUI and suspended license are not minor matters.
