What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI

I'm a college student, never been in trouble with the law and I got a zero tolerance underage DUI. I blew a .04. Is this going to be on my criminal record forever?

Unless you can get it expunged, yes.

You will have to wait 5 years after you finish whatever sentence the court hands down...if convicted.
