I was accused of cheating on a quiz with video evidence. The professor say it was paper but it was tissue paper. I was sick and had to use a napkin for my nose. He is sure that it is paper and that I did cheat but I didn't. Could I possibly win if i file an appeal even if he has evidence?

Are you in the U.S.? This sounds like maybe not. Any American college student should know the answer to this one. Are you kidding? Heck no!
