College Professors

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
I attend a private university in Pa. Two weeks ago I called the director of student teaching and asked her if i could request a student teaching placement. She immediately cut me off and told me that, this is not how this college does things. I was so taken back by her reaction, I thanked her and hung upi the phone. Later I emailed her to apologize. In the email I explained to her why I would like to be in this placement. She emailed me back saying that I offended her. She said I implied that she does not know how to do her job. I went to her office and again tried to apologize. She again cut me off and began saying how I need to look at the big picture and trust her. She seems to think I am attacking her. I emailed her that night and apologized one last time. On Monday morning, I went to my Pro-Sem class where my professor, a completely different person, told the entire class the situation and said that she just might takes point of my grade for a lack of professionalism and well as a letter of reprimand in my permanent file. She asked me to meet her in her office after class. Now remember this woman has nothing to do with this issue. She said I was unprofessional and pathetic. I was so upset. I did not think I did anything wrong. I just was asking a question. I later found out that a couple more of my professors were made aware of this. Is this a violation of FERPA? What can I do? This could affect my grade, and my future employment. I did nothing wrong. I only tried to apologize so that the director of student teaching would drop it. But she won't. I am an excellent student. I have met all of the requirements of PDE as well as the university. I have never had a problem with any professors at the school. I am not a typical student. I am married, and own my home. I was only looking out for my own educational experience. I have had field experience placements by this director before. One that was horrible with a young alcholic who could not teach. How am I sopposed to trust them with my student teaching.
