What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Went to a trade school, it was 8 months long, dont have experience and can't get a job. I dont want to pay for this school, I feel it was a total rip off!
Is there anything I can do? Instructor came to school drunk.. didnt learn a $13,000 education... . More like a $100 education if that...please help. they are ripping off tons of students every month!

You finished the program. Guess you should have researched the school PRIOR to getting in debt, huh;)

You have to pay for services rendered. If you weren't happy with classes, you should have transferred.
