Help

What is the name of your state? Virginia..


Okay... me and my husband on oct 16,2007 got into and all... the police took him out of my home and told him to not come back til everything has cooled down.. because we got into a physical fight, he hit me first but he got assult on me.... and when he wrote a crimnal complint he didnt put anything that he did in it... it was all a lie about me.. SHould I plead Innocent? because on my part was self defense.. well he took are son that we have in common with him I guess its because were i have another son by another guy it would be easy for me to calm down and all I dont know. Well I have court today for a protective order against me. Well me and him had a storage ban with both of our names on it with my stuff in it... well i just got back from there and they aint nothing in it... he done closed it... Is there anything I can do about that? Sue him for it? Please help me I need it..



And about my son... He is only 1 he should be going thru this... neither one of my children should.. I dont know how I will be able to see him cause my husband has a protective order against me.. Should I file for Emer. Visitation or what? And where would I file it at? Please help...
